I was in the studio this weekend working on some food photography images. One of the photos I took was a still life image of some fall vegetables. I had a variety of pumpkins, gourds, peppers, and beans. The way the fall food colors complemented the browns of the backdrop gave this image a still life painting look and feel. By adding some brush strokes in post-processing, the photo was transformed into fine art still life portrait.
