The cold wind was blowing as I walked around the New York State Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY, this morning. This American flag flies between the New York State Capitol Building and the Empire State Plaza. In this shot, I like the way the flag appears in the foreground while the Corning Tower seems to stand in silent service.
